The fine guys and gals of Easton were kind enough to send me their new stick – the STEALTH RS. I’ve been using it for the past few weeks in my league and I’ve gotta say this is one fine hockey stick. The stick probably looks pretty familiar to most of you since it seems like half of the NHL is using it these days. There’s a very simple reason for this – this is unlike any composite stick I’ve ever used.

This is the first composite stick that I’ve used that truly rivals a wood stick when it comes to cradling hard passes and stick handling. I’m noticing a big difference on wrist shots – the stick has definitely added some extra zing (the 65 flex certainly isn’t hurting things in that regard!). Anyway, for those of you out there looking for a new stick in this price range definitely check out the RS! Highly recommended.

OK, so this technically isn’t a NEW DESIGN, but it’s a Pucking Hilarious classic and it’s playoff time damnit! Chicago, defending Stanley Cup champs, almost missed the playoffs after being gutted during the off season. Thankfully for fans of greasy hairstyles and connoisseurs of fine hockey shirts they managed to squeak in.

About the tee: Every player has his own tradition come playoff time. Most guys grow a beard, some guys steal pucks, others like to sprinkle pepper on their lip and then there’s Patrick fucking Kane. This guys knows how to have a good time and it all starts with stepped sideburns and a greasy mullet. If you look closely you might even find his 20 cents.

Your eyes are not deceiving you. This is a desgin about the Habs. This design is suitable for fans of said team. This design does not mock the team in any matter. It’s confusing, I know. Now excuse me while I take a shower.

I kid. I hurt, but I kid. My Leafs brethren and I go another year without playoff hockey but that doesn’t mean the fun has to stop around here. It’s playoff time and I’ve got some cool stuff planned for you guys even if I am watching from the outside looking in.

The first design of our playoff tees is “PK Headlines”. Love him or hate him, PK Subban is a magnet for controversy. The Optimus Reim nickname has also been spreading like wild fire and I’d like to think we had some part in that. It also helps that Reimer has been shutting the haters up and proving time after time that he’s the real deal. He’s too tired? He wins again. He has a weak glove? He wins again.

I’ve also heard that the ACC has been using our Optimus Reim design on the scoreboard at Leafs games. The first person that is able to snap photographic or video evidence of this gets a free shirt!
